Evan workshop: Applying the EVAN toolkit in VA, medicine, industry 21-22 September 2009.
HYMS, University of York, England.
This workshop will provide tutorials and hands on experience of, the new EVAN toolkit.
The workshop will run from 9.30 Monday 21 to 6pm Tuesday 22 September, 2009.
The meeting will be on the ground floor of HYMS building. Lectures in the Multifunction Laboratory and group work in the student class rooms adjacent.
YOU SHOULD BRING A LAPTOP, the most powerful you have and you may want to bring some of your own data to try it out in the toolkit.

The workshop will be held in the Hull York Medical School at the University of York
campus.
Registration will be limited to past and present EVAN Fellows and SICs because of space limitations.
You are advised to bring your own laptop on which you can install and run the
tookit. If your laptop is not up to it or you just don’t have one, we will provide a
limited number of desk top PCs for use during the workshop.
We need to gauge numbers so please send an e-mail to jackie.houlton@hyms.ac.uk if you intend to come.
